Wind, Earth & Sea {Wedding}

If you’re a nature lover, wouldn’t it be wonderful if you could dress up as a beautiful forest elf or sea fairy for the day (or even the rest of your life). Even better, wouldn’t it be lovely if you could look like the elements of nature personified on your wedding day?

The Wedding Sparrows have carried out this project beautifully in their nature-inspired wedding series and I would love to share just three photos from their blog posts below:

#1. Wind

Soft, ruffled & white, the model here looks so airy and light as though she could really disappear in a puff of wind. The rough and puffed up braid just completes the free-spirited look.

#2. Sea

Flowy & free, I love the shade of blue of the dress worn by the model.

(I especially love the fact the bare feet. One of the best things in the world is walking barefoot on sand.)

#3. Earth

An off-white colour rather than a particular shade of brown for the dress is a clever idea since brown might be too rough or dull a colour for a wedding. That bouquet though. Beautiful. Wild.

My favourite’s the wind series. What’s yours?
